ACF全切貼付機
本設備為專為LCM之修理工程所規劃的ACF貼付設備，將TAB端子面回路於本設備行ACF貼付動作。移載台部分使用高精度分割器，配合感應馬達，傳動移載平台作精確壓著位置控制；TAB治具定位採用定位PIN作外形靠邊定位；壓著頭部分使用氣缸配合調壓閥作逆壓做為壓著壓力之控制；控制面板部分則採用右方獨立操作，操作簡單。
